So what is Remix Os ? Its one of the most asked questions by newbies before using Remix Os . It as an android based operating system made by team JIDE , a Chinese startup . It runs almost all the android apps with many additional features and above all it gives the true meaning to android multitasking . what makes it different from your regular android tablet or phone is that it supports multi-window along with virtually free aspect ratio . you can resize almost every app and also you can play your favorite android games with best performance on your personal computer or a laptop . 
Besides that , another reason of the popularity of remix os is that it actually makes your old laptop or pc fast again because at the end it is android . And the JIDE team as done a very fantastic work on optimizations . so without further due lets get started .


Installation guide 

So before starting the guide , i wanna inform you that you can either install remix os on your pen drive ( USB DRIVE ) or on your pc hard disk and i personally prefer pc hard disk as you get more space along with better performance and its super easy . 

  1. Download the remix os for your pc from this link . 
  2. Now extract the downloaded file using winrar or any zipping program .
  3. After that open the remix os installation tool and select the iso file that was obtained after extracting the rar file 
  4. select the option to either install it on pc hard drive or usb drive and select the drive and  hit the start button
  5. After installtion you have to reboot your device . Now if you have installed it on hard drive , you just have to select the remix os from the boot selection menu but if you have installed it on pend drive then you have to first enter into your boot menu settings and then select boot from usb drive , after that you will be prompted to select either GUEST mode or RESIDENT mode , if you wanna keep all the work done on your remix os you will select RESIDENT mode and you are done
